Obituary

Edcouch – Adalberto “Bobby” Martinez, 83, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Harlingen Nursing and Rehab. in Harlingen. He was born January 7, 1937 to Nestor and Maria Dolores Martinez in Edcouch. He served in U.S. Army during the Korean conflict. Adalberto is survived by his sons, Adalberto Martinez, Jr. and Miguel (Candace) Martinez; and his brothers, Manuel (Renee) Martinez and Mario (Rebecca) Martinez. Also surviving him are numerous nephews and nieces. Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, Nestor and Maria Dolores Martinez; his brother, Angel Martinez; and his sister, Mercedes Martinez. 

Viewing will be held Wednesday, December 2, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m.

Graveside Service will be held Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
